Charles and Dinorah is our ode to the original owners of the property who embarked on their journey to create the Sportsman's Lodge in the 1960s. Decades and a hotel name change later, we’re paying homage to the property’s past through their namesake restaurant.

With Chef Andrew Santana at the helm, Charles and Dinorah brings an adventurous, yet approachable dining destination to both hotel guests and locals alike. Through his menu, Chef Santana presents every person who walks through our doors an opportunity to experience his Mid-Century Meets Modern Eats through the presentation of familiar items prepared in a sophisticated way utilizing elevated, global ingredients.
